Moving into a new place is exciting. The mess it leaves behind? Not so much. This customer in Rancho Palos Verdes had just moved in and was dealing with a serious pile-up - moving boxes, old bikes, bulky items, and all kinds of leftover debris spread across both the front yard and the backyard. The kind of stuff that doesn't fit in a trash bin and doesn't go away on its own.
Here's what we were working with - a driveway packed with cardboard, broken-down boxes, storage bins, foam packing material, and scattered odds and ends pulled straight out of a PODS container. The backyard had its own mess too - black trash bags, more boxes, loose debris, and items that had just been left behind from the move. It covered a lot of ground.
We handled the full property cleanout, front to back. That means loading everything up, hauling it off, and leaving the space clean so our customer could actually start settling in. That's what a moving cleanout is supposed to do - get the debris out of the way fast so you can focus on making the house feel like home.
The after shots say it all. The driveway is clear, the backyard patio is open, and the property looks like people actually live there now - not like a staging area for a moving company. That kind of turnaround matters, especially when you're trying to get your new home in order.
This is exactly the kind of job we do every day - bulk trash removal, moving cleanouts, and hauling off whatever gets left behind. If you've just moved in and the mess is piling up, we can take care of it quickly and without the hassle.
